We are looking for a Plant Head for a leading Consumer Durables Firm located at Kanakapura Road, Harohalli, Bangalore. We prefer only Bangalore/Chennai based candidates.

- Monitor and control plant operations and achieve production & delivery targets
- Develop and execute plans and strategies to achieve production & dispatch targets as per the Cost & Quality standards
- Ensure Effective and efficient use of resources i.e. machine, material, manpower productivity, quality & equipment performance
- Ensure preventive, predictive & autonomous maintenance. Ensure TPM implementation in the plant
- Responsible for continuous improvement in the Quality & services according to the standards set by the customer
- Monitor the production cost so as to analyse and change the process to reduce cost
- Follow the statutory compliance to ensure safe, healthy and environment friendly work practices
- Responsible for aligning overall team resources effectively to ensure high performance
Should have handled workforce of more than 200 workers from Mass Production Industry.
