Manager (sales)-Insurance

Position/TitleManager (Sales) – Insurance
    Job Purpose-He responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team.
-The responsibilities include setting and monitoring sales goals, facilitating the professional development of the team, and providing customer support.
  Role, &  Responsibilities -Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the US insurance brokerage and allied industries including carriers.
-Bring in the industry/customer perspective to help augment solutions/differentiators.
-Build industry alliances and partnerships in relevant forums and effectively leverage them to create brand awareness and build new client relationships.
-Track prospect, competitor & client intelligence, forecast sales projections, and provide accurate pipeline reporting Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
– Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including product development, customer success, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

Experience & Preferred Skills-Inside Sales/Sales experience
-Minimum 5 years of insurance SAAS product/technology/service sales and management experience in large complex deals, preferably in a national role, in the insurance industry.
-Direct Interactions with prospects via email and virtual meetings
-Should have sold Insurance Tech solutions (preferably) to US, UK or European markets
-Can consider if there is selling exposure to Insurance Carriers (Chubb Insurance, etc.)
-Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.com
-Prior experience in selling Product and Solutions to US Insurance companies.
-Must have robust knowledge of insurance industry processes and will preferably have a clear understanding of the complex revenue cycle needs of the industry.
-Must have a results-driven mindset with a verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets and effective relationship building.
-Prior US travel experience & having a valid US Visa (B1/B2)
-Must be passionate about innovation and technology, with a desire to drive positive change within the insurance industry
-Must be willing to travel extensively to/within US as per business demands.
-MBA is preferred
Compensation-Fixed Pay – In the range of 10 to 12 lakhs per annum
-Variable Pay – 25% of the Fixed Pay
can be slightly negotiable for right candidate
