Position/Title | Vice President – Advisory Services |
Job Purpose | -To be responsible to drive the business line & revenue for the Advisory business, government partnerships, strategic alliances, CSR partnerships & Institutional business. -To adept at building long term effective engagement with the bureaucrats across state & central government, sensitive to the pulse of the corridors and monetizing the same into a strong visible line of revenue for advisory services. -For the Institutional business, the role holder shall cultivate strong working relationships with mega corporates delivering alliances for CSR projects & advisory solutions building long term gainful partnerships. -To have a long term relationship management with government functionaries, full cycle visibility of the process on tenders/bids, registrations and monetizing non-bid business opportunities also. Strong collaboration skill with external & internal stakeholders would be essential for success in this role. |
Role, & Responsibilities | Government Advisory & Partnerships -Lead government advisory services and drive companies’ empanelment with States & Central government for eligibility to business. -Build strategic alliances with government bodies for staffing, skilling, and other lines of businesses. -Drive company tie-ups with employment & skilling programs under central & state governments & other institutional establishments. Business Acquisition & Growth -Identify new business opportunities in advisory services, CSR, ERP / Digital / Automation & other projects. -Drive revenue through government projects, CSR initiatives, and large enterprises. -Tender & Non-Tender business. P&L Management & Revenue Growth -Own P&L responsibility for the advisory and government partnerships vertical. -Achieve targeted revenue, profitability, and cost optimization goals in advisory services. -Develop pricing strategies and monetization models for advisory services. Team Management -Ensure adequacy of talent in the internal team, headcount & competence enabling readiness to deliver zero error projects in sharp timelines. Client / Stake holders -Create & maintain strong working relationships across the spectrum. -Vendor / Partner Pool, based on expertise, to deliver the ambition. |
