Position/Title | Business Manager |
Job Purpose | -The Business Manager (BM) will be responsible for driving sales and achieving revenue targets for assigned OEMs within the territory. -The role focuses on developing strategic partnerships, enabling partners, and expanding market share in the region. -The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in business development, market research, and client relationship management to deliver growth as an individual contributor. |
Role, & Responsibilities | -Develop and maintain Relationship with OEMs. -Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients. -Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners. -Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements. -Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth business operations. -Conduct regular Partner enablement trainings along with OEM. -Maintain Funnel, Partner DRs’ and have regular reviews along with OEMs and Partners. -Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and services. -Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies in given Territory |
Experience & Preferred Skills | -Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. -Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, product management, sales, or a related role. -Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and travel frequently to the assigned markets. -Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis. -Familiarity with the business and cultural landscape of Territory. |
