Position/TitleChief Revenue Officer
    Job Purpose-Responsible for designing and executing strategic sales and service plans for the flagship brand, with a strong focus on revenue growth.
-Drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and service excellence to achieve sustainable business growth targets.
  Role, &  Responsibilities Sales  
-Design, implement and monitor sales strategies aimed at driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
-Develop market strategies for expanding into new regions, leveraging existing networks, and identifying growth opportunities.
-Work closely with the product, marketing and operations teams for new product launches to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business goals
-Achieve the financial parameters of the business channels – GT, Ecommerce, Retail, Modern Trade, Institutional and Branded Exports – for the entire country
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, institutions, partners to maximize business potential.
-Improve service levels through process improvements by using technology & tools
-Keep track of competition and plan strategies to succeed in market.
-Leverage research & sales data/MIS to analyse and design sales strategies to increase market penetration
-Use technology in Sales to build tech enabled sales infra  
People Management  
-Lead and manage Pan India sales teams to ensure consistent sales performance
-Motivate and guide the team to ensure best output from them.
-Develop & nurture future leaders.
-Provide feedback to team from time to time about their performance, areas of strength and improvement
-Ensure monthly review with direct reportees so that a proper feedback system with correction plan is in place and is documented for better results and higher growths
-Develop & mentor the team for future challenges and upgraded roles and higher responsibilities
-Drive Sales Excellence through building capability, training and motivation programs
Experience & Preferred SkillsQualification:  
Electrical / Mechanical Engineer (desired)MBA (Marketing/Sales) from reputed institution   Experience:
-Overall 20+ years of experience in selling through a multichannel network – preferably from consumer durable and/or FMCG industry in India   -Must have handled business turnover of at least Rs 1000+ crores with multiple product categories -of the 20 years’ experience, must have at least 3-5 years’ experience in driving sales nationally.
