| Job Purpose | -The candidate is responsible for ensuring effective demand and supply planning, inventory management, and production alignment to achieve optimal service levels and operational efficiency. -The role will lead key planning processes such as DRM, SRM, and S&OP in collaboration with cross-functional teams and management, driving strategic insights for better business decisions. |
| Role, & Responsibilities | 1. Planning and Process Control Oversee and monitor the end-to-end supply planning process in coordination with Anamind and SK planning teams. Ensure adherence to planning calendars, data accuracy, and reporting timelines. Analyze demand and supply trends to proactively address potential gaps or risks. 2. S&OP Leadership Lead the Demand Review Meeting (DRM), Supply Review Meeting (SRM), and Pre S&OP discussions. Facilitate and drive the Executive S&OP meeting in liaison with management to ensure alignment between business objectives, supply capability, and demand forecasts. Track and report action items from S&OP meetings to ensure timely execution. 3. Inventory Management & Control Act as the Inventory Controller responsible for maintaining optimum stock levels across SKUs and locations. Approve deviations from production and procurement plans in collaboration with management. Develop and present insights and strategies to optimize inventory turns, reduce obsolescence, and ensure service level targets are met. 4. Strategic Insights & Reporting Generate planning dashboards, performance KPIs, and exception reports for management review. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions and improve forecasting accuracy. 5. Team Leadership & Development Mentor and guide the internal planning team on best practices, tools, and process improvements. Drive capability-building initiatives within the planning function. |
| Experience & Preferred Skills | Key Skills & Competencies: -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Expertise in supply chain planning tools (preferably Anamind or similar systems) -Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. -Sound understanding of demand-supply balancing, inventory optimization, and production planning -Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred) Educational Qualification & Experience: Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Business Administration 10–15 years of experience in Supply Planning, S&OP, or related functions in manufacturing/FMCG/consumer durables sectors |
