Job Purpose | -Comprehensive approach to manage organizational daily activities, emphasizing efficient operations. -Initiates and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for their department. |
Role, & Responsibilities | -To formulate business strategy with others in the executive team. -To design policies that align with overall strategy. -To implement efficient processes and standards. -To achieve the targets related to production, plant efficiency, quality, safety & EHS. -To ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures and regulations. -To control Plant Operations, manufacturing expenses and overheads. -To have shop floor experience in component level production (Injection Moulding, blow Moulding, die casting etc.) -To Effectively manage the Problem-Solving situations; able to define “Problem Statement”, engage, motivate and improve operations across manufacturing, supply chain and supporting functions. -To optimize activities based on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) machine efficiency, material waste improvement and automation. -To ensure compliance to laid down procedures (SOPs) & as per cGMP in all the departments Warehouse, Production, Engineering, QC & QA. |
Key Performance Measures | -Productivity Improvement, Process Improvements. -Automation, Maintenance management. -Training, Cost management. |
Experience & Preferred Skills | -Diploma in Plastic Mould Technology/Plastic Technology or PG Diploma in Plastic Mould Technology/Plastic Technology from CIPET is preferred or with similar Institutions. -Diploma/BSc/MSc/BE in Polymer Science & Technology is preferred. |
