Role, & Responsibilities | -To be responsible for the complete Administration of their 60+ Acre Manufacturing Campus at Harohalli Industrial area. -To plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. -To Review and plan ways to streamline administrative processes. To train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space. -To administers use of facilities, equipment and space, maintenance. -To manage schedules and deadlines. -To manage filling systems in the office and recording keeping. -To Ensure that all administrative activities adhere to the company policies and guidelines. -To Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures. |
Key Performance Measures | -Cost control, budget management -Compliance and Risk Management -Facility and Vendor Management. |
Experience & Preferred Skills | -5-10 years of relevant Experience. -MSW/MBA in HR/bachelor’s degree in relevant field is preferred. -Candidate should be proficient in Kannada. |
