Role, & Responsibilities | –Supervision: Lead and manage printing staff, providing training and guidance as needed. –Production Management: Oversee daily printing operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. –Quality Control: Monitor print quality and make adjustments to maintain standards; perform regular equipment checks. –Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing machinery and software. –Process Improvement: Implement best practices and innovations to enhance efficiency and output quality. –Customer Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions; ensure client specifications are met. –Inventory Management: Manage supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock for production needs. –Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in the workplace. |

Experience & Preferred Skills | -Diploma / B.Tech or M.Sc. Polymer science, Textile chemistry, Textile Technology -8 to 12 years’ experience in the Textiles industry, with a focus on Rotory Screen Printing or specialty printing. –Kannada is must –Relocation to nearby Bidadi |
