Position/Title | Business Head – Technology Solutions(Location- Noida) and Reporting to MD cum CEO |
Job Purpose | -The Business Head – Technology Solutions will be responsible to drive the business line & revenue from the technology products & solutions, aligned with our business goals. The incumbent would bring to play a blend of business acumen, leadership, technical expertise, and industry knowledge to ensure commercialization of the products & solutions. -The incumbent would also lead the technology product pipeline, assessment of market readiness of the existing IT platforms & products, including HRIS, Time Management module & the App besides others, deliver upgrades and extensive UAT to enable a market launch of the services/products. |
Role, & Responsibilities | –Business Head: Develop, execute & deliver technology products & platforms that are ready to be offered in the market. Lead the monetization of the products/services and enhance business revenue taking technology services to a stature of self-sustaining business line. Create a business development funnel ensuring a broad client base and a high extraction per client. –Digital Marketing: Develop & execute the digital marketing strategy enabling a brand positioning in the market of choice and the target audience. The Digital marketing initiatives would lead to a high employer & candidate traffic on the platforms, facilitating a higher job delivery thru the brand. Manage partnerships & alliances from demand & supply ends. -Technology Products & Platforms: Develop and execute products & platforms that are relevant, state of the art, market benchmarked with the intent of delivering Ease of doing business and ease of experience for internal & external stakeholders. –Technology Blueprint & Delivery: Develop and execute the technology strategy in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. AoP & Budgets: Ensure tight controls, sharp eye on the cost lines & management of cost across the sphere of operations without compromising the velocity, quality & quantity of delivery. –IT Infra & Security: Develop and execute technology interventions to ensure data asset protection and a governance mechanism to regulate access & transmission. –Insights & Market best practices: Research led insights on the opportunities to leverage technology and opportunities to automate, towards maximizing the productivity, minimizing human transactional interventions leading to higher control & accuracy on the data, reports and analytics. –Team Management: Ensure adequacy of talent in the internal team, headcount & competence enabling readiness to deliver zero error projects in sharp timelines. -Capability Building: Develop & create e-manuals, deliver training workshops for all users to ensure a higher acceptability of the end user on the automation interventions. Engage users in the extensive UATs to build ownership of the products & platforms. –Client / Internal Stake holders & Vendor Collaboration: Create & maintain strong working relationships across the spectrum to bolster relevant insights & experiences towards improving the existing products and launching new products. Vendor management to deliver the out-sourced projects, in external expertise is required. |
Experience & Preferred Skills | -A bachelor’s or a master’s degree in the domain, relevant certifications to ensure that the technical competencies required in the new age technologies are available, especially ML / AI. |
Compensation | -up to 40 LPA. Can be flexible for the right candidate and minimum 15 years of experience |
