| Job Purpose | -Seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in our Converting production facility. -The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production processes, ensuring quality standards, inventory control, and helping to meet key business objectives. |
| Role, & Responsibilities | Production Supervision -Manage planning and scheduling of daily production operations. Monitor production lines and workers to ensure efficient operations and meet deadlines. -Coordinate with the production team to ensure the timely delivery of orders. Ensure adherence to production standards, quality, and safety guidelines. Quality Control -Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of garments produced. -Resolve any production issues related to quality or material defects. -Collaborate with the quality control team to implement corrective actions when needed. Inventory & Material Management -Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished garments. -Coordinate with the supply chain department to ensure timely procurement of materials. -Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to avoid any damage or waste. Team Management & Training -Assist in supervising, training, and evaluating production staff. -Ensure a productive and motivated work environment. -Provide guidance on improving productivity and adhering to company standards. Reporting & Documentation -Maintain accurate records of production schedules, quality reports, and inventory. -Report any issues to the higher management, providing solutions for potential improvement. -Participate in team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and improvement opportunities. Compliance & Safety -Ensure that all operations comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. -Promote and maintain a clean and safe work environment. |
| Key Performance Measures | -Converting unit layout and design of new garments -Laying -Cutting Overlock Pattern making Ultrasonic Sewing machine -Single needle / Multi needle Sewing machine |
| Experience & Preferred Skills | -10 to 12 years’ experience in garment industry woven or non-woven and having worked at supervisory level for at least 3 to 5 years. -Having worked in Non-Woven fabric stitching is preferable. -Diploma/Any degree in Textile Engineering/Fashion -Technology/Industrial Engineering Only Male Candidates |
