Corporate HR Head

Position/TitleCorporate Head HR
    Job Purpose-A dynamic and strategic Corporate HR Head to lead our organization’s people agenda and align HR initiatives with core business objectives.
-The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with deep HR functional expertise, drive a culture of continuous performance management, and champion exceptional employee experiences across the organization.  
  Role, &  Responsibilities1.Strategic HR Leadership Design and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
-Partner with business leaders to drive organizational growth and transformation with workforce planning, succession planning and talent strategies.
-Lead change management initiatives and align HR practices with evolving business needs and culture building 

2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning Track and control actual vs. budgeted manpower costs (headcount, salaries, variable pay, incentives etc.)
-Analyse trends and provide data-driven recommendations to optimise headcount planning and cost efficiency
-Drive structured assessments to ensure quality of hire and alignment with role expectations
-Proactively manage the replacement hiring pipeline to minimise position vacancy time
-Build talent pipelines for critical roles through proactive sourcing and talent mapping
-Enhance employer branding and engage in campus hiring programs, internships and management trainee pipeline 

3. Performance Management & Capability
-Building Implement a robust, ongoing performance management framework that encourages real-time feedback, development conversations, and clear goal alignment
-Identify high-potential talent, build career development frameworks and managerial capability through targeted development interventions
-Use performance data to drive merit-based rewards, promotions and talent planning
Initiate learning and development programs tailored to business functions  

4. Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Design and administer employee benefits programs (insurance, wellness, retirement, etc.) that are cost-effective and valued by employees
-Partner with business to align reward mechanisms with KPIs and performance outcomes
-Track participation, impact, and employee feedback to continually enhance recognition frameworks
-Manage accurate and compliant payroll processing, including sales incentives, variable pay, statutory deductions and benefits administration
-Develop and execute total rewards strategies that support talent retention, motivation, and alignment with organizational goals
-Manage employee benefits operations, including accurate and timely medi claim data management and other insurance-related processes.
-Ensure seamless compensation and benefits processing for exit employees, including feedback mechanism, final settlements and benefit closures, in adherence with policy and timelines 

5. Employee Experience & Culture Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and accountability
-Design and execute employee lifecycle strategies that enhance engagement, belongingness and retention
-Lead initiatives around seamless and engaging onboarding, recognition, internal mobility and career development
-Conduct engagement surveys and implement feedback-driven action plans to proactively address employee needs and sentiments 

6. HR Operations, Technology & Statutory -Compliance Ensure seamless HR operations, compliance with labor laws and company policies Lead automation and digitization of HR processes through HRMS and BI dashboard
-Ensure efficient and compliant HR operations including onboarding, exit management, records management, payroll, benefits and data analytics for decision making
-Ensure all payroll inputs are processed timely and accurately in line with internal controls and audits
-Monitor HR metrics and deliver timely dashboards to management  –
Experience & Preferred Skills-Postgraduate degree in HR / MBA (HR specialisation preferred)
-15+ years of progressive leadership experience with at least 5 years in a corporate HR head or similar role
-Strong business orientation with the ability to translate people strategies into commercial outcomes
-Proven expertise in strategic HR, people development, in driving performance culture, employee engagement, and strategic HR projects
-Hands on yet strategic – strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
-Exposure to implementing digital HR tools (e.g., performance management systems, employee experience platforms
