Job Purpose | -To develop, implement, and oversee policies and programs that ensure a safe and healthy work environment for employees. -To maintain compliance with all relevant environmental regulations, by identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and taking corrective actions to mitigate risks within an organization. |
Role, & Responsibilities | -Conductive safety inspections/ audits. Investigating Accidents / incidents / near miss. -Developing safety compliance programs. -Formulating a comprehensive safety and compliance Policy for the company Training employees on safety procedures. -Imposing industrial safety and fire safety compliance regulations in the company. -Monitoring Compliance with safety standards. -Monitoring and ensuring the Hazardous substances storage and disposal in accordance with the compliance Policy. |

Experience & Preferred Skills | –Diploma in INDUSTRIAL SAFETY MANAGEMENT/ EHS and BSc or MSc in Environmental Science is preferred. -BSC / MSC Environment NEBOSH Certificate Expertise in HIRA and for obtaining ISO 45001 & ISO 9001 certification for the factory Past experience in obtaining CFE, CFO, HWA from pollution control boards, Fire Advisory, and Fire. -Clearance Certificate from the Fire Department. -Minimum 03 years of work experience in manufacturing Industry in India. |
