Head – Marketing

    Job Purpose-Responsible for spearheading our company’s marketing efforts to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
-The primary objective will be to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
-Focus on leading a team of talented marketers, guiding them in implementing innovative campaigns across various channels to maximize reach and impact.
-Additional key role in managing our brand image, analyzing market trends, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.
  Role, &  Responsibilities-Have a good expertise in Digital Marketing, Corporate Communication, Ad Management.
-Effectively working with the PR and Advertising agency.
-Identifying, developing, and evaluating marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark-up factors.
-Formulating, directing and coordinating marketing activities (ATL/ BTL) and policies to promote products and services, along with providing advertising and promotional support.
-Overseeing the writing of press releases, copy for marketing materials, annual reports, advertisements, and other related material.
-Negotiating contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
-Consulting with product development personnel on product specifications such as design, colour, and packaging.
-Coordinating and participating in promotional activities, advertisers, and production managers, to market products and services.
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper messaging of company beliefs and service offerings.
-Contributes to the total effectiveness of the department, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.
-Budget management. To deliver all marketing activity within the agreed budget.
-Drive footfalls and eyeballs in the brands retail business through an integrated marketing plan.
-Ensure right brand visibility through events, alliances, and PR.

-Brand Awareness and Recognition. 
-Campaign performance
Experience & Preferred Skills-Should have good interpersonal relationships.
-Should have leadership qualities.
-Experience in handling an AD budget of 50-70 cr.Experience in project management.
-Having an experience working in an Ad Agency it would be an added advantage.
-Should have a techno-commercial qualification, preference from IIT and IIM.
