Role, & Responsibilities | -To be responsible for achieving planned sales by channel and customer. -To lead resource for planning and negotiating for in-store activations, merchandising, sell-out plans with the accounts. -To work closely with Key Account Managers in achieving company’s objective and vision. -To lead and acquire specific account(s) MT Partners like Croma, Vijay Sales, Metro Cash & Carry, Reliance etc. -To resolve customer’s trade issues, complaints and operational matters. -To work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building. -To ensure the achievement of the sales Targets & KPIs & reviewing sales performance, aiming to exceed targets. -To align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy. -To work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales and brand building. -To coordinate with various internal departments to ensure good quality service to the customers and other stake holders. -To analyze sales data to recommend, implement and administer methods and procedures to enhance the sales improvement of the Company. |
Key Performance Measures | -Category management and Promotion planning. -Store Traffic, Capacity Utilization. -Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). |
Experience & Preferred Skills | -10-15 years of relevant experience. -MBA in marketing from a premium institution. |
