Position/TitleHuman Resource Business Partner (HRBP) Reports to Head of Human Resources
    Job Purpose-We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner with 7-10 years of experience to drive strategic HR initiatives, ensure seamless payroll processing, and manage statutory compliance.
-He/She will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, align HR strategies with organizational goals, and manage critical HR functions while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  Role, &  Responsibilities HR Business Partnering:
-Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing insights and solutions for workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.
-Collaborate with department heads to implement HR strategies that drive business growth and improve employee satisfaction.
-Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations to management. Address employee relations issues, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Payroll Management:
-Oversee end-to-end payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
-Collaborate with finance teams for payroll budgeting and reconciliation.
-Ensure proper deductions for taxes, benefits, and other contributions. Address employee queries related to salary, tax, and deductions promptly. Statutory Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, gratuity, TDS, and bonus payments).
-File returns and maintain proper records as per government regulations.
-Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations and implement necessary updates in company processes.
-Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to statutory obligations.
Talent Management and Development:
-Drive recruitment strategies for key roles, ensuring alignment with business needs.
– Support performance management processes, including appraisals and career planning.
-Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
-Develop and implement engagement programs to boost employee morale and retention.
-Address grievances and provide solutions to maintain a harmonious workplace.
-Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
HR Operations:
-Oversee employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
-Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
-Manage HR policies, procedures, and documentation in line with company standards.
Key Performance Measures-Strong understanding of payroll systems, tax deductions, and benefits administration.
-In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
-Proven ability to act as a strategic HR advisor to senior leadership.
-Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
-Proficiency in HRMS, payroll software, and MS Office applications.  
Experience & Preferred Skills-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years of exposure to payroll and statutory compliance.
-Certification in HR or payroll (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, or payroll certifications) is a plus.
