Position/Title | Human Resource Senior Manager |
Job Purpose | -She/He is responsible in managing broad scope HR functions, processes, systems, and initiatives for several teams within the HR department, designing policies, employer brand strategy, setting objectives and tracking achievements. -This role requires proficiency with HR technologies, including Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Applicant Tracking Systems, staying current with labor regulations, and championing process improvement and efficiencies. |
Role, & Responsibilities | -Oversees the execution of human resource practices, programs, and policies. -Fosters healthy employee relations, cultivates an environment where employees respect and adhere to company ethics and integrity standards. -Set objectives for assigned HR team and review HR performance metrices. -Supports and motivates others to achieve objectives. -Identifies and proposes process improvements and efficiencies. -Design and implement policies that promote a healthy work environment and comply with labor regulations. -Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process. -Career development paths and propose trending and effective strategies to grow and retain people. -Organize and facilitate learning and development programs. -Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner. -Develops and maintains a productive work teams by hiring qualified personnel, training, and managing performance. -Manages teams with integrity, ethical business practices, and in accordance with companies’ policies, procedures, and practices. -Customarily and regularly directs the work of two or more full-time employees or their equivalent. -Makes suggestions and recommendation for these employees regarding performance, including hiring, transfer, advancement, and termination. -Manages daily operations to meet department and company objectives. -Works with minimum supervision and makes independent judgments. -Flexible to meet the changing needs of the business and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments. -Initiates, establishes, and maintains highly effective relationships with internal and external business contacts of various cultures, and at all levels. -Extremely confidential and trustworthy. -Demonstrates knowledge, experience and understanding of critical job function of the team and people management. -Assists management with development of results-oriented strategies. -Regular attendance at work is an essential part of the job. |
Experience & Preferred Skills | SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS -Solid understanding of labor legislation. Intermediate or higher-level proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications. -Knowledgeable and proficient with various HR systems including applicant tracking, working time/time off, payroll, HCM, etc. Project management skills to help drive HR and company initiatives. -Excellent communication, listening, relationship building and leadership skills. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE -15-18 Yrs Experience Bachelor’s Degree is typically expected. -Master’s degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus. -Strong experience in employee engagement, performance management, and change management. -Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS). |
