Purpose: To work on Implementation and Deployment of Banking product suite at various client locations
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implementation and deployment and ensure , successful completion of the Projects as per the agreed schedule with client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain automated deployment systems
- Work with Clients IT and QA teams to deploy and troubleshoot the system applications
- Good Knowledge of SQL and Java
- Experience in troubleshooting and investigating the technical issues raised by Customer’s
- Assist in developing and implementation of deployment plan
- Analyze and troubleshoot deployment issues in a timely manner
- Experience in Financial/Banking product implementations
- Ensure timely resolutions of customer escalations
- Upgrading self & team with changing technology, trends & adhering to the company’s policies & procedures
- Willing to travel and ready to stay in client location for longer durations
- Ensure adherence to the Safety, Quality Standards, Policies & Procedures of the Company
Qualifications:
- BE/B-Tech/MCA from reputed Institute
Experience and Functional Skills:
- 3 – 6 years of relevant Product implementation, project leadership specifically of financial domain/Banking products
- Hands on experience in application servers like JBOSS TOMCAT and Databases
- Experience in java/J2EE
- Experience in SQL and databases
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with all levels of an organization
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work with processes established to retain critical knowledge and facilitate knowledge transfer
- Initiative and the ability to work in a self-directed fashion
- Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions
- Ability to step outside role confines and help teach and enable other team members
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- A high degree of attention to quality, detail and deadlines
