Roles & Responsibilities
- Exceptional design and writing skills, along with strong editing and reviewing skills
- Design and develop detailed storyboards for online programs.
- Work with key stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts to perform training needs analysis and review their work.
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content.
- Visualizes interactivities, animations, and graphics.
- Create and administer quizzes based on the training to check learner comprehension.
- Apply different instructional methodologies/theories to drive learning and enhanced retention and learner engagement.
- Host and manage training content on the LMS.
- Stay updated on all emerging instructional technologies and recommend when to adopt certain systems to continue offering the best learning experience possible.
- Delivers assigned work as per the project schedule/assigned deadlines, in line with quality standards.
- Co-ordinates with cross-functional teams.
Desired Candidate profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3 – 4 years of experience in end-to-end content development and management
- Proficiency in storyboarding – Ability to conceptualize training objectives and outcomes and convert them into simple, relevant content as per the target audience.
- Knowledge of storyboarding and other visual design tools (Articulate, Photoshop and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in designing software/tools: Should have experience in using various designing tools, including Articulate, PowerPoint, Captivate etc
- Innovation & creativity: Constantly strive to improve how content is delivered in a dynamic business environment
- Lesson and curriculum planning skills
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts
- knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models (ADDIE)
- Certification in instructional designing Experience in building sales and behavioural training content would be an added advantage
