    Job Purpose-The Retail Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of marketing strategies and visual merchandising (VM) initiatives to drive footfall, boost sales & create an engaging in-store experience.
  Role, &  ResponsibilitiesIncludes, but not limited to:
-Implementation of the brand visual merchandising standards to ensure consistent look/appearance across all our Stores.
-Create and roll out a comprehensive Annual Marketing Calendar, covering all key promotional periods and product launches, with clear objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
-Analyze and review the requirement for marketing support for each store.
-Devise marketing support plan (BTL/Digital) for individual store; and implement in co-ordination with Brand marketing team.
-Plan & execute a complete refresh of in-store displays and product placements every month, ensuring alignment with seasonal themes, product launches, and promotions.
-Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with VM suppliers, fixture vendors, and creative agencies to deliver high-quality VM assets on time and within budget.
-Distribute guideline, visit all Stores & train Store Managers/Advisors to ensure accuracy of product presentation.
-Deliver coaching and training regarding Visual Merchandising practices and specific implementation or product displays to all involved local parties (i.e. store staff, area manager)
-Define store layout and zoning in co-ordination with projects and sales team
-Create ease of shopping for customers, by implementing product cards/wobblers/shelf-talkers.
-Coordinate with retail & and vendors for POS maintenance, relocation, set-up of new store
Key Performance Measures-Overall success of this role will depend on the following measures but not limited to:
-Footfall Increase: 20% year-over-year growth in store footfall.
-Campaign Effectiveness: 15%-20% sales uplift in sales during promotional periods.
-Loyalty Program Engagement: 30% increase in loyalty transactions.
-Planogram Compliance: 90% adherence to planogram and VM guidelines across stores.
-Audit Scores: 90%+ scores on quarterly Mystery Audits covering VM.
-Implement thematic product storytelling displays across key store zones to increase dwell time and product discovery, with a target of increasing related product sales by 10-15%.
-Development of systematic training, information and monitoring tools toward retail team.
-Sound VM materials management to ensure enough materials for high quality presentation at each POP.
-Sales promotion activities implementation
Experience & Preferred Skills-Full time Graduate / Post Graduate from a reputed institute 5+ years in retail marketing and visual merchandising
Kitchenware/Homeware/Apparel/Accessories category.
-Strong background in retail VM, marketing campaign management, event planning, and team collaboration.
-Familiarity with VM design software & digital marketing tools.
-Strong command of CRM systems & data analytics.
-Good communication, self-motivated and good negotiation skill
-Excellent inter personal skills to engage effectively with external and internal team member.
-Ability to work in cross functional teams with tight deadlines
