| Job Purpose | -To implement workplace safety policy. -To Initiate and coordinates goals, deadlines, and projects for their department. |
| Role, & Responsibilities | -To develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation. -To manage relationships with contractors and service providers. -To manage the budgets of the maintenance plans and ensure that everything is in line with legal and safety regulations. -To able to Plan and manage all repair and installation activities. -To design, Erection, testing and commissioning of equipment’s, also providing utility services to the equipment’s. -To plan, procure, erection & commissioning of machine. -To provide necessary training to machine operators and maintenance technicians for improving asset reliability. -To develop maintenance schedules and enforce them among maintenance staff. -To participate into the assessment and selection of suppliers for equipment maintenance. -To ensure compliance with all safety regulations. |
| Key Performance Measures | -Creating and Implementing maintenance procedures. -Controlling and Monitoring Inventory. |
| Experience & Preferred Skills | -10-20 Years of Relevant Experience. -Diploma or PG Diploma/BE-Mechanical is preferred. -Relevant Experience in Manufacturing mainly consumer durables. |
