- Define and execute go to market strategy for online venture including – Brand Positioning, PR, Digital, Content and Social Media Marketing.
- Conduct market research to develop a deep understanding of consumer needs and insights on competition and market.
- Drive continuous innovation and execute plans to ensure high brand recall and exponential growth.
- Define long term goals and execute day to day plans to drive acquisition, retention, cross-sell and upsell.
- Define, track, and analyze the metrics and share the progress on a regular basis with relevant stakeholders.
- Keep a close eye on emerging trends, figure outgrowth opportunities and prioritize accordingly.
- Identify new markets with growth potential within and outside India.
- Build a high performing marketing team.
Desired Candidate profile
- Creative individual with 8+ years of hands-on experience.
- Proven ability designing and executing high impact marketing campaigns.
- Preferred candidates from Consumer Internet Product Industry and exposure of running campaigns for online consumer businesses.
