Job Purpose | -To Develop a preventive maintenance program. -To ensure that all the departments of the units are functioning properly and effectively in order to achieve the organizational objectives. -To Initiate and coordinate goals, deadlines, and projects for their department. |
Role, & Responsibilities | -To plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations. -To stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts. -To prepare various MIS as per management requirements. -To be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping. -To coordinate both the processing of orders and the marketing of plant services to facilitate relationships with customers and supply chain partners in the local and regional communities. -To experience in implementing safety protocols and training programs. -To maintain the highest standards of integrity and of quality for all production procedures. -To develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on Investments. -To implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus. -To meet material usage, manpower usage, inventory costs, personnel costs and overhead budgets. -To identify and implement labor reduction, waste reduction, and reduction of indirect cost to contribute to factory objectives. |
Key Performance Measures | -On time Delivery, Overall operations Effectiveness. -Product Efficiency, Customer Return Rate. |
Experience & Preferred Skills | -10-20 years of experience is preferred. -Diploma in Mechanical/BE in Mechanical is preferred. |
