Position/Title | Pre-Sales Project Executive Reports to Operations Manager |
Job Purpose | -The Pre Sales Project-Executive will be responsible for making the BOQ after receiving inputs from the survey in the Audio Video Field. |
Role, & Responsibilities | -Initial survey of the site. -Preparation of BOQ for the proposal and seek approval from the Technical Manager. -After approval from Technical Manager, identify relevant vendors for make & model and pricing and share proposal with Customer. -Negotiation with Customer for order closure. -After order confirmation, share the BOQ with buy price only to Vendor Accounts .and BOQ without price to the Project Team -Building good relationships with all the Required OEMs |
Key Performance Measures | -% Proposals converted to Orders -% completion of self-development goals |
Experience & Preferred Skills | -B.E/Diploma in electronics and telecommunication with 1-3 years of experience -Good Communication Skills both Oral and written in English Language -Results driven -Good Presentation Skills and expertise in Microsoft excel |
Compensation | -Upto 40k -Mobile reimbursement, Medical Insurance, Conveyance Allowance –2k per month, six monthly performance bonus |
