Job Purpose | -The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will design, develop, test, and implement RPA bots that will interact with multiple third-party applications. -The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer will develop new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. |
Role, & Responsibilities | -Design, develop, and test solutions to automate processes, activities, and tasks through Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and enhanced workflow automation platforms. -Plan and participate in deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platform components, including bots, orchestrators, development tools, and systems integrations, to meet enterprise requirements for security, scalability, and performance. -Provide technical direction on design considerations, including performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and auditability. -Design detailed automated processes and developed end to end solutions. -Prepare detailed process design and user stories. Build bots utilizing O365 Integration and AI. -Hands-on UiPath, Automation Anywhere & Power Automation and extensive overall knowledge with Robotics Process Automation (RPA). -Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python etc.). -Knowledge and understanding of software development lifecycle. -Knowledge and understanding of reviewing requirement documents, to ensure the requirements are achieved. |
Experience & Preferred Skills | –7+ Years of experience -Experience working on Test driven development environment. -Good knowledge on Web Development is a plus. -Good knowledge on CI/CD with Azure DevOps is desired. -Experience with On-Prem and Cloud environment. -Experience with Agile methodology and familiarity with ADO. -Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Including the ability to communicate with people at all levels. -Requires a bachelor’s degree. |
Compensation | 19 LPA – 21 LPA |
