Sales and Business Development Head

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute B2B and B2C Sales and Business Development Strategy.
  • Create Plan, Set Goals and Identify new opportunities for business and revenue growth.
  • Plan for Salesforce, Recruit, Train and Manage day to day operations for team to achieve set targets
  • Define sales processes leading to planned sales and look for continuous improvements to optimize efficiency
  • Identify potential alliance partners (educational institutes) and build a long terms relationship, on-board new partners and maintain a long term relationship
  • Work closely with leadership to define overall strategy and new business initiatives
  • Track, analyse and present metrics at regular intervals

Desired Candidate profile

  • 7+ years of Sales and Business Development experience preferably in Ed-Tech.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing sales funnel and acquiring new clients.
  • Proven analytical skills and ability to drive decisions through data.
  • Experience in leading a high performing Sales / Business Development Team
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Should have a deep connection with our vision of empowering today’s youth with job oriented skills.
