Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and execute B2B and B2C Sales and Business Development Strategy.
- Create Plan, Set Goals and Identify new opportunities for business and revenue growth.
- Plan for Salesforce, Recruit, Train and Manage day to day operations for team to achieve set targets
- Define sales processes leading to planned sales and look for continuous improvements to optimize efficiency
- Identify potential alliance partners (educational institutes) and build a long terms relationship, on-board new partners and maintain a long term relationship
- Work closely with leadership to define overall strategy and new business initiatives
- Track, analyse and present metrics at regular intervals
Desired Candidate profile
- 7+ years of Sales and Business Development experience preferably in Ed-Tech.
- Demonstrated experience in managing sales funnel and acquiring new clients.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to drive decisions through data.
- Experience in leading a high performing Sales / Business Development Team
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Should have a deep connection with our vision of empowering today’s youth with job oriented skills.
