Position/Title | Sales Manager Reports to Head-Sales |
Job Purpose | -The Sales Manager (SM) will manage the sales force within his/her defined regional territory. -He/ she is responsible for overseeing sales operations, meeting targets and managing direct sales reports, if any. |
Role, & Responsibilities | -Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets set by the company with regard to implementation of turnkey solutions that include audio, video, acoustics, AC and stage crafting in varied sectors like educational institutions, Corporates, Government, Hospitality etc. -Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team. -Farming of existing Accounts -Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting People -Training and supervising the work of direct reports -Team performance assessment |
Key Performance Measures | -% sales target achievement for the month/quarter and annual -% outstanding sales receivables collected; -% retention of direct reports -% completion of self and team development goals |
Experience & Preferred Skills | -BE/Diploma with at least 3 to 6 years of proven sales experience in an AV Integrator/HVAC/Elevator Company/similar companies -Experience in achieving annual targets of Rs. 2+ Crores Excellent Communication skills (written & oral) in English -People oriented and results driven -Knowledge of Sales processes -Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills -Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company |
Compensation | -Upto 80K, Fixed 70%, variable 30% -Mobile reimbursement, Medical Insurance, Conveyance Allowance -3k per month, variable pay out bi annual |
