Job Purpose | -Increasing sales and building strong customer relationships. -Your tasks will include finding new clients, explaining our products and marketing, and closing deals successfully. -Providing excellent customer service will be a top priority to ensure customer satisfaction. |
Role, & Responsibilities | -Responsible for driving sales of our paper cups, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. –Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales of paper cups in assigned territories. –Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customer accounts. –Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies. –Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our paper cup products, including features, benefits, and applications, to effectively communicate with clients. –Order Management: Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely delivery, collaborating with production and logistics teams as necessary. –Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including sales forecasts, pipeline, and customer feedback. –Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients, highlighting the advantages of our products. |
Key Performance Measures | -Sales Revenue – To achieve at least 85% of Sales -Target New Customer Acquisition – 40% of new customers -Customer Retention Rate should be 95% -Customer Satisfaction – 100% |
Experience & Preferred Skills | -Any Graduate with 65% Marks in Graduation – Regular (Distance is not encouraged) -Effective English Grammar and English Comprehension -B2B sales of FMCG/Corporates/HORECA/Food Industry. -4 to 12 years of experience in sales and marketing of paper packaging, food packaging, FMCG |
