Job Purpose | -To engage with potential or existing customers through phone calls to promote products or services, generate sales, and build customer relationships. -To drive sales, lead generation, and customer satisfaction by effectively communicating company products, services, or promotional offers. -Additionally, they follow up on leads, resolve issues, and ensure customer queries are resolved promptly. -This role plays a critical part in achieving business objectives, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer loyalty. |
Role, & Responsibilities | –Customer Support: Ensure that our customer service agents respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media).Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and availability. Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and empathetic manner. –Customer Relationship Management: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolves satisfactorily and obtain feedback on service provided. –Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software. Generate reports on customer service metrics, such as response times, issue resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. The Candidate should have a basic knowledge of MS office and Google sheets. -Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features and improvements. Educate customers (B2B & B2C) about product functionalities, benefits, and usage tips. |

Experience & Preferred Skills | -Proven experience in a tele calling executive role for a minimum of 1 year and maximum 5 years, preferably in a product company. -Experience of telesales would be an added advantage Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. -Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. -Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach. -Should have persuasion skills to sell, upsell and cross-sell the company’s products or services. -Technical aptitude to understand product specifications and provide basic technical support. -Ability to work well in a team environment. -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). |
